1. Who I am
This website is run by Candace Brooke Watermeyer, trading as CBW Trading, a sole trader based in Scotland, UK. 

I run two brands: Reset EFT (one-to-one coaching) and Heal with Solace (digital heartbreak resources). If you need to contact me, please email [email protected] or [email protected], depending on which service or offer you're asking about.

In these Terms, "I" and "me" mean CBW Trading, and "you" means anyone who uses this website or buys something through reseteft.com or healwithsolace.com and any of their subdomains.

There are four parts: general terms for everyone, then terms specific to Reset EFT, then terms specific to Heal with Solace, then a few closing terms. By buying from me you agree to the general terms and the terms for what you bought.

I want you to stay safe. If you or someone else is in danger, please call 999 (UK) or 911 (US). Samaritans is on 116 123 (UK, free, any time) and the 988 Lifeline is on 988 (US).

Please look after yourself. Nothing on reseteft.com, healwithsolace.com or in my products and social media posts is advice, or a substitute for appropriately qualified professional care.

PART 1: GENERAL TERMS

2. What I offer, and what I don't
I offer general self-development and self-regulation coaching and self-help. I am not a therapist, doctor or counsellor, and nothing on this website or in my products is therapy, medical advice or a diagnosis. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

3. Buying from me
  • You must be 18 or over to buy from me.
  • Prices are shown at checkout, in the currency shown. Any tax that applies is included in the price shown.
  • Payments are taken securely through Stripe. Your bank or card provider may charge a separate currency conversion fee, which I don't control.
  • After you pay, you will get a confirmation email and be taken straight to your digital product, or told how to book your sessions.
  • Discount codes can be used once, can't be combined with other promotions, and may have an end date. I can withdraw a code that has been misused.
  • If I spot a pricing mistake, I will tell you before taking payment, and you can choose whether to go ahead.

4. Looking after the content
Everything on this website and in my products (videos, audio, worksheets, PDFs, images and the Solace character) belongs to me. When you buy, you get a personal licence to use it for yourself only. Please don't copy it, share your login, resell it, teach it to others or post it online as your own work. If I find access is being shared, I may close the account without a refund. If you infringe my copyright, I reserve the right to pursue you legally.

5. Using my products safely
Go at your own pace and stop whenever you need to. Follow the safety guidance inside each product. If something is stirring up more than you can manage, step away and talk to someone you trust or a professional. You use my products at your own discretion.

6. If something goes wrong, and which law applies
Please email me first and I'll do my best to put it right. I'm not responsible for losses that couldn't reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, my total liability to you is limited to what you paid me. These Terms are governed by Scots law and, to the extent the law allows, the Scottish courts will deal with any dispute.

7. Your data
How I use your information is explained in my Privacy Policy, which is a separate page.

PART 2: RESET EFT (ONE-TO-ONE COACHING)

8. Sessions and packages
Reset EFT sessions are coaching, not therapy. You can read the coaching agreement before you buy. It sets out how we work together, confidentiality and its limits, cancellation and rescheduling, how long sessions last before they expire, and what happens if I think you need support beyond coaching. Before we start, I will also ask you to complete an intake form. I may refer you on if I think another kind of help would serve you better.

PART 3: HEAL WITH SOLACE (DIGITAL TOOLKITS)

9. Refunds
Heal with Solace products are digital and you get immediate access when you pay. If a toolkit or bundle isn't right for you, email me within 30 days of buying and I'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few days to arrive. Heal with Solace payments are processed through Stripe, so your receipt and any refund emails will arrive from Link and show "Sold through Link", not from me. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty or isn't as described, tell me and I'll fix it or give you a working replacement.

10. Access
You get access for the lifetime of the product. If I choose to retire it, I will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can save your PDFs and audio before it is removed. You will need an internet connection and a device that can play video. If I make changes to a toolkit, you will get the updated version automatically.

11. Results
Toolkits are tools to use at your own pace. How you feel afterwards is personal, and I can't promise any outcome or timeframe.

EFT (tapping), intentional journalling and somatic exercises are self-help techniques. I and many of the people I've worked with have found them calming and helpful, but EFT has not been tested specifically for heartbreak, and results vary with personal effort, timing and individual circumstances.

Coaching, including EFT in a coaching context, is a partnership where we work together towards your goals. I'll do my best to support you, but I can't promise any particular result.

12. Complaints
If you're unhappy, please email me on the addresses at the top of this page. I will reply within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time).

13. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time, or when the law changes. The version in place when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase, and I can give you a document of changes and the correct version on request.
